SeneGAD

I'm heading to Dakar today for the quarterly SeneGAD (Gender and Development) meeting (for more info check out www.senegad.org ). I'm hoping to make it there in time for quiz night (and to see Tamar before she heads back to the Ladj) and there's a possibility a COS-ing volunteer might find time to teach Jackie and I to surf after the meeting.
